Do you know the extent of Nokia’s CDMA semiconductor design process relative to Nokia in-house effort vs that done by Texas Instruments? It is also my understanding that Nokia does not have a Qualcomm license to sell CDMA chipsets to 3rd parties. Do you know if or how this might apply to licensing CDMA semiconductor designs? Also, I’m assuming by “CDMA semiconductor designs” they are referring to CDMA chipset design, or could it involve something other than that?

When you have the time, your thoughts would be appreciated.
