No, altho' that's debatable as a transaction cost if you consider that to be ordinary maintenance you would do for yourself anyway at some point in the reasonably near future.
But -- there are other costs you likely wouldn't do for yourself, such as inspections or bringing something "up to code" that isn't discovered until you sell, in this case wall heaters, which had a recall notice since the house was built, about 10 years ago.

- New carpet $3,000
- Wall heaters were not "up to code" needed replacing $1,800
- Termite inspection and mitigation on porch $800
- Painting $1,100
- Yard work $500

$7,200 on $240k home = 3%
