I make no comment on comparisons with Islamic clerics. I merely note that Jackson and Sharpton are ordained in their respective churches, and have not been defrocked to my knowledge. I also note that it is not unusual to have clergy in occupations other than pastoral, as when minister runs a charity. Finally, disrepute is not sufficient to negate the clerical designation. A priest who molests boys does not therefore cease to be priest, he becomes a bad priest.........
