Damn cabinets anyway,,LOL! If you would move a bit faster you should be able to have Xmas in the new house. Once I get the updates the kids and my mother want finished I'll start another on spec. Then I'll put the sign on it & this one-- which ever goes 1st,, we will live in the other----- or just build another. I have a few choice lots that need to be unloaded in the next 3 - 4 years too. 193 days until retirement,, then I'll be able to get something done-- a job certainly gets in the way of life! I've only been trading HD for some time now. It has been a decent money maker as a trader but I would not look to it as a " hold " until way in the future. There are few I'd look at as a " hold" issue now. Putting trading profits into WPO & BRKB on dips. On the high end enough B is sold to add another A on a following dip. Just playing--
