Kenny....the spending is driven by the war.....and by political considerations which have existed since we became a nation. There is nothing unusual here. You pinheads have learned nothing. The people sent you a message on November 5. The demolib doom and gloom and scare tactics are just not credible. It is going to cost you big in 2004.
