Hello zonder; I am one of the more "civil" people on this thread, Beg to differ, you are often one of the most abrasive of the posters but I guess you don't see it. I've indulged you a bit because you do try and support a distinctly different point of view -- one I think contributes to the discussion. As for the references, you have taken them completely out of context; I considered and rejected your prior complaints...best you don't try and mess with me. --fl
