From what I understand of that dispute, following changes made to the Quebec mining laws, CZZ took advantage of the «parc de jalonnement» rule to enlarge the property and change the borders.

Every wise man would have done the same thing because it's free and offers others advantages (ex: change the due date for assesment works).

But I think that the prez of Ungava didn't understand the new law (in fact I think he is too stupid to understand anything) and paid a lot af legal fees for strictly nothing.

Ridiculous.
