Mary, you don't read lawsuits to carefully. Just wait until the BBX takes affect. Things will change. BTW Mary I don't trust you enough any longer to say any more then I just wrote. (- sorry but your threats towards me earned you the distrust. You would ruin me and hurt my family if you could get away with it. This is not a amusing threat. Will there be any rules regarding short selling on the BBX? Yes. Market makers will be required to report their short interest positions on a monthly basis. These reports will be available on the BBX website. Additionally, BBX market participants must comply with the NASD rule regarding affirmative determination, which requires that a short seller determine that he can borrow the shares before he completes the short sale transaction.
