Do you charge clients different rates depending on who they are..? We try not to do that. Most of our work is in a cottage industry with similar types of clients, so it doesn't come up often. jpg

s2- Do you charge clients different rates depending on who they are..? In sports and entertainment venues, the ticket prices vary depending upon the popularity of the performer and the location of the seat. It's not based on the customer, it's driven by demand. In providing essential services many businesses and government agencies adjust their pricing based upon the customer's ability to pay. I support both of the above practices. -le86
