I wouldn't - on the grounds of integrity. (Economic record, intellect etc are different matters). If moenmac believes that any and every CinC is perfect because of his office... his problem.

I'd query the words sadistic and pervert (well, Lewinsky isn't my style, but I'd hardly say getting a BJ from her is perverted).

Bush's smarts don't show too much - but do give me examples, of intelligent and considered rather than knee-jerk or doctrinaire moves. As for his honesty, hmm. There are major unanswered questions over his business dealings, throughout. And 'great' is not a label I'd attach to any 1st World leader since ~1949 - especially not any current incumbent.
