It is less a Demo/Repub thing and more of a simple corruption issue being kept under wraps by both major parties.

Voting machines and computer counts were diddled by BOTH parties in several states, going back to 1974, and before. The methods are sometimes complex and carefully hidden, but once you see some of the procedures exposed, it's pretty simple.
