I hadn't heard about that. You may have bits of plastic clogging the hole on the hot handle if you have that type of heater. One faucet or all of them? I remember a friend who couldn't get water out of the kitchen sink of the mobile home she had bought. Her father and brother were both in construction and couldn't figure it out. I unscrewed the screen on the nozzle of the faucet and some idiot had used pipe dope on copper fittings and it plugged the screen.
