Are you aware that you demean the posts of anyone who you have had a personal problem with regardless of the topic? You make that sound like an absolute. Which it isn't at all. I think I'm pretty good at separating out ideas from personality when the ideas aren't ones that are aimed personally. When the ideas are things like how I should behave or whether I behaved well or badly, obviously the relationship with the persona posting them comes into play. Duh. But where they're ideas about education, free speech, politics, other than noting that certain posters are self-proclaimed extremists or right wingers, I think I tend to be better than most at focussing on the ideas. That's really what I'm here for -- the personal stuff is just peripheral noise. anyway, I get your point Whew!
