That's why I called it legally justifiable.

But a grand inquisitor for a BJ? Not at all petty? Relevant to the performance of his official duties? Worth having immediately rather than after he left office??

Basically, cook up enough stink about anyone and eventually you're bound to catch them either in some irrelevant wrongdoing - or a lie about it. Have you never, ever, broken any law...? What, never??
