absolutely agree w/ that chap, and the thing i fear most about NCEN is that somebody buys them, which is why i keep the position not-too-big. i actually cleared a little below $17 on Tuesday, but i turned around a re-shorted it over $20 today on my 'top is in' call (a call i am no re-thinking as today wasn't as weak as it should have been <ng>)
