That's what happened last year. HOD was at 12:30PM, then sold off, then rose a bit into the close. I was not working and watching it all morning.

some historical november weeklies, not what i expected to see...in addition someone posted a study showing wed/fri to be up ~80% of the time but the average return actually being negative, lol.
