Bush is doing very well.

In chess, it's not the amount of the pieces that matter but what they can do. Bush has the number of pieces as well as the most important ones still on the board.

Tell that to Israel.

Israel already agrees. They are more supportive of Bush than anybody else in the region, even though they suffer the most directly from some of his policies. But then, the population of Israel already understands that there is a war on.
