Clinton's oath-breaking, although legally significant, had no relevance to his performance or actions as President. "Did you have sex with that woman?" "No" may provide grounds for finding a lie... but it just ain't an issue for PotUS.

If you're asked the question "Have you ever broken any law?" then for 99.9x% the answer must eventually be "Yes" (parking violation? jaywalking? underage drinking? vandalism? DUI? whatever...). Clinton was chased on this tack in a court where any admission of any guilt *would* be used against him, as we'd already seen - otherwise WTF was he being questioned about this in the first place. Well, damned if he did, damned if he didn't.

You're right, nothing makes it relevant. So impeachment on a lie to a variant of that question... hmm. See my point?
