Hi KLP; Sure, I understand what you folks are saying. There is no question in my mind that the potential for mass killings and great economic injury is at the absolute top of the everyone's agenda and very rightly so. Even there, however, we still have constraints: inspecting all the shipping containers for example -- simply not in the realm of political, fiscal, and economic possibility. So, although we may hate to admit it, we routinely make security vs budget tradeoffs and, sadly but realistically, those decisions delineate the threats we 'allow' to proceed undetected. It's too bad, but declarations of unacceptability and stomping of feet won't work. :o) --fl@startingtowriterunonsentenceslikeyouknowwho.com.fr
