Nadine, perhaps you can help me by defining 2 words for me in your own terms :
1. Islam
2. Islamism

From my personal experiences, I have lived in India for 25+ years, which has a Muslim population in the region of 180M people (greater than Pakistan's population). There have been skirmishes, but for the most part its been a healthy mix. I also have muslim and non muslim friends in Pakistan.

At a later stage I lived in Oman for a couple years, and you know what the majority religion there is. As a non-muslim, I was made very welcome amongst the people I knew, went to their place to break Ramadan etc.

Like I said, "dont blame a religion, because there a few that abuse it"
