<Boardwalk Fries (my favorites - very thick, flaccid, and starchy - I am not a crisp fry fan.)>

Go to England, and ask for "chips" at the corner fish-n-chips place. would be exactly what you expect.

Good for the Five Guys....what a good idea....peanuts for waiting customers....Great marketing tool! We don't have either out here...both would be good....Fattburgers are good (only had 1 so far tho'...) but more expensive than they are worth...Mine are better, if I don't say so myself...<g> I like the buns steamed over the meat while they are cooking... Fries...? not really crazy about any of them....

They also used to cut their own meat on site -

They used to grind their meat on site, and behind windows where you could watch. Which meant you got a better and safer ground of beef. I always ordered the steak sandwiches. You got total safety, and a tender cut. I am not surprised that they have gone down hill.

I am at the point here in Hawaii that I will not order a Hamburger. You get a completely dried out, overcooked patty because they are so afraid of food poisoning.
