ork, what caps RE asset inflation is income. One can only devote so much your income to mortgage payments. RE in bubble areas greater NYC region et. al. has definitely grown faster than incomes. I know of a recent home sale owner paid $350k in 90 sold late summer 02 for $810k property taxes near $9,000. As prices rise the pool of qualified buyers shrink. AG talks like there are no limits but there are limits. mike
