that is certainly not the tone of that post. the post implies "new" news.

There is some decent news out there to counterbalance the gloom (but not much)


those guys are optimistic every other week, until they warn.

TSM says the October increase in order/demand was probably seasonality related, but it still affirms an earlier presumption that recovery would occur in Q2 of 2003 - albeit a moderate one.
