I used to make egg sandwiches to take hunting. I'd mix 4 chicken eggs with 4 duck eggs and fry them in the electric skillet and cut that square into 4 bread sized squares. The duck eggs were a little tougher and held together better.

I heard earlier this was supposed to be an El Nino year which is usually mild here. 17 and snow in the forecast for this week. Did El Nino form?
