Since the Gulf War nothing has come from the US. Not so the other three especially Germany. Before the Gulf War not much was received from the US. Not because US arms merchants wouldn't, but because tactical circumstances made overt or surreptitious deals difficult and the US had far more stringent restrictions on what could be sold than did the other three. China is also guilty as are various other states. Germany is particularly at fault because the socialist government doesn't have control over what the underground economy does.
