Re Csco: Csco doing so well somebody decided to downgrade it ( always a good reason) but it didnt work. Another broker looked at their cash horde which is, lets say, adequate? Market commentary: We are still not out of the woods but the trees are thinning out and visibility is improving so we can move faster. Some analysts look both ways, say its dark back there and lighter over there, gee I wonder which way we show go. Confused people. marketwatch.com sig
