I am very good at it. But I see it's under your skin that you aren't. You have a dead place, X, and I believe that unless you do something about that place, you will always be an emotional, and therefore perceptual, version of the man who mistook his wife for a hat.

I know what you have done about taking things offline, including lawyerspeak word-play threats to sue, and even more egregiously, including misquoting so dishonestly it amounted to lying ("amounted to" is to be polite) a private communication, in the process betraying your friend's undoubted (imo) 'confidence' (I assume she told you not to reveal that conversation but you couldn't resist risking it) and destroying the possibilities of her having a continued friendship with a different friend, to advance your "case."

As for CH, since his name was never given to the ethical board of his bar association, and all that was done was to establish that someone-or-other had violated, in their view, the personal code of ethics to which members of their bar are supposed to adhere, what's your problem?

Of course he threatened to sue us in 3D, as you did (and, as you did, he did it in lawyerspeak, you cute lil' word-play tricksters, you, making people believe a lawyer is threatening to sue them, but retaining deniability to use later, so clever!!! Is that a course they give in lawschool, or just a penchant?)
