Brits used to eat north sea fish deep fried in petroleum jelly or whatever. Anyway the fish was full of artery-cleaning LPA's and other benefishal enzymes. Now that the fish is waning from overfishing they are into chicken and fat, they will be keeling over like bowling pins when they get into their mid 50's. Chicken is marginally better than beef, but it's still fat. If they average joe jogged 3 miles a day then it would be no never mind. We just don't have the lifestyle to eat like that. You have to get people to eat healthy. That is a big food thing.

It's either that or bottom up. Organic food supply is all the rage and it makes money too, but right now the chains overprice it or resist it in favour of no-food-value slop. I cannot buy organic foods in my neighbourhood for love or money. Closest I get is Uncle Ben's whole grain brown rice.

Latest news out is that a long term study proves eating grapes and drinking red wine reduces you risk of colon cancer and stomach cancer by a huge percentage. If I am not wrong, its 70%. I am becoming a wino and grape gobbler soon.
