we Canadians...our fringe leftists Yeah, it was so favorable to Bush that the left is screaming. One thing that comes through is that the effect of these decisions on the election was not a factor in the decisions. If they had been talking about this, especially in Woodward's conversations with Carl Rove, Woodward would have pounced on it. They are aware of the Politics, but they were not setting around saying, "well, doing this or that will help in the next elections."
