dood, ask a 1000 people anywhere in the US where Texas is on a friggin' map and half of them won't be able to find it. hell, 200 of 'em won't be able to find the damn US. so you will hopefully excuse me if i pass on your suggestion to ask a bunch of people what they 'think' (hell, there are plenty of very smart people on this thread who 'think' rents are going up). people are morons. when i want the wrong answer to a question i will go out and ask a random sampling of my fellow Americans.
