I see. I suppose that makes sense, given that if you attempted a tender offer for a 30% interest you'd probably drive the price us substantially anyway. I see what you're saying.

Either way, it would be acquiring a fairly impressive asset for cheap. In the hundreds-of-thousands-of-subs range, the company's goodwill as a going-concern starts to become as much of an asset as its tangibles. A year from now, with 1.2M subs, the goodwill is substantial.
