I was concerned about the situation and I still think it got way out of hand. I'm interested that only you, Neo, and to some extent Karen recognized this. (And me, of course.) I still don't think E, Solon, Laz, jla, Jewel, or any of the rest of the posse saw anything at all wrong in the perpetual gang attack that has been going on now almost without interruption for, what, nearly a year? They are so blind to their faults that it's funny watching them try to defend themselves. Like Solon trying to pretend that he's trying to help me. Yeah -- like Carville tries to help Bush. And Jewel pretending he understands me -- like Bush understands Clinton.

Comment and PROPOSAL I get the impression you are answering me as I am answering you. And you are the famous needling-rights advocate, X, not I. I leave here, and the topic, for ages at a time. And when I'm gone, I don't discuss it or you or CH. (Of course then CH says I'm "hiding from" him, and I wouldn't want to do that!) Yes, the CH Poet thing got out of hand. He persecuted her for months, until she was made ill. He, on the other hand, according to your view 1) got off in what he was doing to her 2) "got off on" the subsequent social opprobrium that you seem be see as "out of hand." You chose to decide that the "out of hand" part of interest to you, and that iyo didn't violate the TOU against harm, abuse, threats, invasion of privacy or otherwise-objectionable-behavior, was not the part that was making someone relapse into illness, but was the part that was making someone get off! And that he could have ended at any moment he chose to! CH would like an agreement not to talk about the matter again. JLA, Laz, and Poet have already left it. If I ask Jewel and Solon, and if they agree, not to engage on the topic further on condition that neither you nor CH make either direct or oblique, needling cracks about the issue or the parties involved, will you enter into such an agreement?
