Rails, Yes, as I recall Dines said on Friday's Nightly Business Report that the market would confirm a new bull market only if it breaks the trendline. Other things he said which I found very interesting: he said the market had a "sword of Damocles" hanging above it in the form of possible future terrorist actions. He was also bullish on a few big gold stocks. He said the golds haven't been doing well lately because they move countertrend to the market in general. He seemed to imply that this is why golds had a strong run early in the year. DB
