It is not about cheap unskilled labor -- it is about well-educated, highly motivated people who are coming into the market at lower rates and play a dominant role in location decisions by companies.

A couple of othe companies with fleet of programmers in India, SYNT and CVNS. SYNT chart looks good. Don't know
much about either company other than the fact that they do a lot of their programming in India.
