I've said it before and I will say it again. At least most of the chip stocks still have a lot of cash on hand. Most have proven in the past that they can make money in good times. Some companies like those that Cary favors have done well enough to maintain profits throughout this economic downturn. So who knows. I think we are a lot closer to a top than the bottom. RtS
