Dear Sandeep: Well then, why dont you just run over to that tribal area of Pakistan where there is no law of any kind in existence besides the tribal leaders, who have been bought off, and collect that reward? We cant INVADE Pakistan without their asking us in and they cant ask us in as it would bring the downfall of the current administration there which is the worlds only hope of keeping nuclear arms out of the hands of a million rabid fanatical Muslims. jdn
