Hello James

"the ol bait and switch"

LOL...downgrade, buy the panic and sell the confidence. Been going on since the Banyan tree days I guess.

Filled my SOSA order at 1.35 this morning, sold DFIB at 2.60 (my turkey luck is holding)

Short week this week so not many want to hold spec. stocks. I never have figured that one out.

Ken

Jim, this same broker acts as a MM for SSTI besides providing "timely" buy/sell advise.

Nice going on your new entry.

Sergio

Hi Jim. Continuing our discussion on Unterberg....

Unterberg raised CLGY to strong buy today after giving it a short term avoid in September. The stock was under 2 1/2 when the avoid rating came out. Unterberg is a market maker in this stock and was instrumental in acquiring shares for sale to Mr. Gregory who has acculumated almost 1/4 of the co. since the avoid rating came out. This is shameful but unbelievably legal.
