OT Fairbanks Weather Freezing rain here today. What a mess. Normal low for this time of year is probably like -15 F, with normal high about 0 (just off the top). Here is satelite of the strong southernly system that has been driving our weather, fairly often for over 2 yrs now. I think this in turn makes the cold siberian weather land in the states further to the east, and maybe has also contributed to the dryness in the west (is this correct). weather.yahoo.com
