you sound like a government official redefining inflation. <gg> More expensive is more expensive and housing is the most valuable item that most buy in their lifetime. Just think about the situation that interest rates go up and by that theory houses go down 10% in value. Do I pay a lesser mortgage ? Just wonder ............ or may be FNM will be more inovative ......... <GG> ......... well this hangover will not end so nicely
