Didn't u see this coming. Clinton is to blame for every event, catastrophe, calamity, plague, high tide. You should have explained how Bill caused the 70 tornadoes that killed scores of people this month. Actually, I'm blaming the Republican Huckabee for releasing the creep -- castrating him was a pretty good response to his having committed a rape (they should have done THAT to Clinton)... There was a purported Clinton tie-in to the sheriff who castrated the guy. I have no idea whether it was true or not, but it would not be inconsistent with Clinton's treatment of others who crossed him to do something like this. It is no more violent than what Clinton did to Juanita Broaderrick, and probably no worse than what Clinton did to Paula Jones once she brought suit against him. Clinton was a brutal, violent president, no matter how you cut it. But it was Huckabee's fault for releasing Dumond.
