Re Comparing Houses vs Health care:
Unsafe in any stock
How often does a house drop in value from $92K to $75K in 5 days ( like UMH dropped from 92 to 75) because one analyst in New York looks at some data sheets and says all houses in the country ( health care) are overpriced .?
biz.yahoo.com
Is this the "New " super-honest analyst , unpaid by any broker, giving us his now unbiased opinion based upon
data which is available to anyone in the country? What kind of psychic aids him?
Should we believe the company, who says everything is fine, or the analyst ?
Altogether IMO we still have to treat any equity as a gamble - in which case a tech stock could have greater potential returns than conservative stocks.

Longshot anyone ?
