my broker tells me there are no more retailers left in the mkt %-wise... he has statistics to back it up... I believe it, just look at the yahoo boards and SI, I have stocks where there are NO posts all day long even on yahoo... and volume on some $1 stocks like opwv (who still has a decent future fwiw) can be only 1mm shares... a pittance

The smallest investors now are the smaller mutual funds who buy little stocks

Thats why there could be a lot of upside as the individuals come back, and why I don't pay too much attention to % bulls/% bears ratios... those assume a zero-sum investment universe
