Maybe Mothers Against Drunk Driving should encourage those who are drunk to use mass transit in those cities that have it, but it could be a hard sell here because we have to vote on our mass transit issues. MADD would need money to get involved. And, it may be years b4 we have a mass transit system. Also, I am not sure that mass transit is practical in local areas. MADD should condemn college administrators for ignoring the heavy drinking that goes on at American university campuses.
