Then we all missed it. Nobody that I know of has challenged X's right to speak maliciously of the living, or the dead--within the laws of the land. The question was whether somebody who "deeply loved" the attacked person was a pitiful liar, or simply a gutless coward in countenancing the attacks...and even defending them by bringing in the irrelevant misdirection of free speech.
