Their problems are not tax collections and soaring medical costs - the problem is they were on spending binges during the 90's. Whatever happened to saving during the good times so one can get through the tough times!!!!!!

Keep in mind a little post of mine of a month or two ago that pointed out that several states were not sending out tax refunds to the citizens owed the involved sums, simply because they did not have the money in the coffers to do so.
