"You let us know you were going to take it to 3D, and that we would not like it when you did... Huh? I thought, X's recent position has been that taking anything from SI to 3D would be wrong.

No. I didn't think about suing you. I was thinking what I told you I was thinking. I know that because I asked Cosmic about ISP's and what their responsibilities were, and how hard would it be to change our email. You took it to email E, after I expressly told you I did not want to communicate with you (a channel of communication outside of SI). I intended to close off that email channel to you if necessary. It certainly wasn't like calling to try to investigate ruining your career, if you had one, now is it?
