FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 18, 2002--FINDWHAT.COM FWHT, a leading developer and provider of performance-based marketing services for the Internet, announced today the hiring of Dan Ballister as vice president of sales.

Mr. Ballister will be spearheading the continued growth of the FindWhat.com network's advertiser base, including the development of a sales team in New York City to acquire and manage larger advertiser accounts.

"I've enjoyed working in the online advertising industry immensely and am confident that this industry is poised for incredible growth. I am excited to be at FindWhat.com because I believe in the company's potential to be a major player and an influential leader in shaping the industry as it matures," stated Ballister.

Prior to joining FindWhat.com, Mr. Ballister served as the vice president of sales at Go2Net, Inc. There, he helped build and lead the sales and sales operations team as the Go2Net/Infospace network grew into one of the ten largest Internet properties. He also held several management positions within Cendant, Inc, the company that maintained exclusive responsibility for the online advertising sales for Microsoft's Sidewalk.com online city guides.
