Deniability- as in, I didn't say I was going to sue you. I didn't even think about suing you. That kind of deniability? The kind of deniability you get when you didn't do what someone says you did. Yeah. I've got that kind of deniability. It never occurred to me you were as ignorant of the law as you obviously are. Never. I didn't know people could imagine they would get sued, interstate, over email harassment. It is so outlandish, it never crossed my mind. Truly.
