"How many times have I said that it was wrong, and I was so sorry! Have you totally lost it?" IMO the typical human being would accept this type of oppology. Even if they could not befriend you as a result they would be willing to move on and let it be a by gone. X is a withholder, it gives her power and all. I don't see the issue getting worked out, sorry to say. In this case I think it is a lost cause and if there is any possible way to just let it go that would be the next best thing to resolving it.

You brought this up, I think- telling me over and over again that I threatened to sue you, when I did no such thing. You were probably thinking that it worked for you. Now that it doesn't work out so well, we're back to the apologies. How many times did you tell me the exact opposite? The exact opposite of what? That I threatened to sue you? That I did not threaten to sue you? You seem to be all over the map on this one. Not only did you bring this up, but your brought up all sorts of other things. Oddly enough, after bringing up everything you could think of that, in your opinion, reflected badly upon me, you then want to deal? Have YOU lost it? I wouldn't agree to anything with you. Ever. Under no circumstances.
