zz my closing date will be 12/2, and then i will be ready after about 2 weeks of clearing checks and all that BS. But really all that is involved in a big sale like this, especially with a pit-bull buyer, gives you no time to really trade. Plus i have been moving all out of one place into another and getting contractors for this and that to upgrade where i am at now (a mile away from where i was), so i got hammering going on many days:) Plus the last thing you want to do when you get the big wad is to "get stupid". My situation will be , one entry at the right time, and i will make an offer to buy my land back:) PaxMax. Hey how bout dem Iggles tonight!
